How Can I Change the Default Order of My Templates?

By default, BestInvoicing will propose the template that is first in your list of templates when creating your documents.
You can manually select another template when creating e.g. an invoice, or you can change the order of the templates by adding numbers or letters (alphabetical order) preceding the name of the template. This can be added in the field 'Name' of the template.

    Go to your email address in the top right corner of BestInvoicing.
  2. 2.
    Choose 'Company settings', then 'Templates'.
  3. 3.
    Click 'Personalise Template' (yellow button) beneath the template whose name you want to modify.
You may modify the values in the 'Name' field as follows:
  • Numerical: preceding the name of the template you want to set as default, write e.g. '1', for another template '2', etc. (e.g. '1 starcomm yellow', '2 starcomm red', ...).
  • Alphabetical: preceding the name of the template you want to set as default, write e.g. 'A', for another template 'B', etc. (e.g. 'A starcomm yellow', '2 starcomm red', etc.). (e.g. 'A starcomm yellow', 'B starcomm red', ...).
