Company Information

In this section you can edit the information regarding your company.

Information entered here is displayed on the documents you create (proposals, invoices, order forms, etc.). If you did not fill in a field, a message '(Not shown on documents)' appears to indicate that this field is empty and therefore no value will appear on the documents.

The values you enter here are also used by BestInvoicing as values for the tags (e.g. your bank account number).

Changing the Company Email Address

You can change the email address that is entered in the company information as often as you like. The email address you use to log in to your BestInvoicing environment cannot be changed so easily. In such case, navigate to the module 'Users'.
