Using BestInvoicing Templates

Each document template in BestInvoicing contains the elements defined in the visual design. This is converted into a PDF file, ready to be sent. The template can be very different, depending on your settings:

There are two ways to modify your templates:

• via the visual editor: this is the easiest way to make adjustments to determine and reinforce your company branding (logo, colors, etc.)

• via the internal code: a slightly more complex technique, but with almost unlimited possibilities of adjustment. If you don't have the know-how to adjust the code, you can always contact our support team. We will be happy to help you.
