On this page you can determine the sending option for your emails from BestInvoicing to your customers.

By default, the email sending option is set as follows:

Value

"From" email address

noreply@out.bestinvoicing.com

"From" name

Your company name, as registered in your Company Information

Reply address

Your email address, as registered in your Company Information

Email delivery method

Send via global address, reply to your email address (Simple)

It is possible to change these values. Go to the top right yellow button 'Edit' to do so.

Delivery Method

BestInvoicing offers six different delivery methods:

  • Send via global address, reply to your email address (Simple)

  • Send via own email address (Configuration required)

  • Send via own server email address (SMTP) (Configuration required)

  • Send via open server (SPAM sensitive)

  • Personal Microsoft Account (Outlook.com, Office365, Hotmail, ...)

  • Personal Google Account

What Do I Have to Do Myself?

Emails are sent from address noreply@out.bestinvoicing.com and answered to my own email address

This is provided by BestInvoicing: you don't need to do anything.

Emails are sent and answered via my own email address, connected to my own domain name (e.g. @smithscoaches.com, @trekkinglife.org, ...)

You have to change some settings in the management of your domain name (or you ask your domain name manager to do so).

Emails are sent and answered via my own email address, connected to a general domain name (e.g. @yahoo.com, @me.com, @icloud.com, ...)

You should enter some data from your email provider (Yahoo, iCloud, ...) in BestInvoicing. Documentation is available.

Emails are sent and answered via my own email address.

This is provided by BestInvoicing: you don't need to do anything. ATTENTION: sensible to spam withholding!

Emails are sent from my own Microsoft environment

You have to log in to your Microsoft environment from BestInvoicing, using your own credentials.

Emails are sent from my own Google environment

You have to log in to your Google environment from BestInvoicing, using your own credentials.
