The 'Delivery Date' field allows you to specify the delivery date of the goods on a document, in addition to the invoice date.

Activating Delivery Date

The option to display a delivery date on your documents is something that first needs to be activated in BestInvoicing:

  1. Navigate to the top right corner of the screen (email address) and select 'Apps and Integrations' in the menu.

  2. Check the list of 'All Apps and Integrations'.

  3. Click the green button 'Activate' on the line mentioning 'Delivery Date'.

Using Delivery Date

As soon as this application has been activated, it can be used immediately. The field will be located at the bottom of the input window, e.g. below the invoice date if you're creating an invoice.

If you copy a to an invoice, the date of the delivery note will automatically be adopted as the 'delivery date' on the invoice.
